Blue Robin's Document / File Management Systems (DMS) provides a familiar web-based environment (similar to MS Windows' file management) for authorized users to upload and manage documents, PDF's, video, audio files and more. Our DMS is customizable to your specific requirements, easy to use, and affordable. Users can easily search online, find and revise documents in real-time while reducing operating costs of ink, toner, paper, FedEx, postage costs and most importantly, time.

Users can edit existing documents in the system, or create new documents. Documents and files are managed and uploaded via our online console that allows administrators to set the user level access on a per-user level. Our powerful servers store all content in a secure environment, allowing only authenticated individuals access to the system.

Using the DMS, authorized users have the ability to:
